Zum Original-Urteil - offenbar ein Mobbingfall - die Klägerin wurde nach langen Schikanen und Ausgrenzung durch den DG (Rechtsanwalt) krank, und ist mittlerweile berufsunfähig. Auch lt. OGH war das Kontaktieren im Krankenstand seitens des DG schikanöser Natur.
